Happy Friday!!! Well, it is almost September...which is my birthday month (eeekk!) 😚 I feel like I say it each month, but it has absolutely flown by. I'm sad to see summer end, but look forward to all things fall! 🍂🎃 I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! xx

I posted on my instagram about the newest Lysa TerKeurst book Uninvited that I am absolutely loving lately. Her book really speaks so much truth about rejection, how to fully understand where many of our insecurities come from and how to tackle them head on. She helps to remind us that no matter how uninvited we may feel, we were hand picked by God for a purpose. I also just signed up for the online bible study that runs September 6-October 14 and I am so looking forward to the fellowship of that. I highly recommend picking up this book, it's a must read! 💗💗

In my last weekly favorites post I chatted about using Annie Sloan chalk paint. Update: I am obsessed! I don't know why I haven't used chalk paint before, but it is amazing...like seriously I want to paint everything in the house with chalk paint now..the possibilities are endless! It was a little more tedious than I thought it would be, and it's definitely different from using regular paint...but I am now a fan for life! I also pinned some of my favorite chalk paint tutorials on my DIY board here.

We have been watching The Office on Netflix for the past few months and we just watched the final episode last week andddd I might have cried 😭 Jim and Pam are just so cute. But now, what do we watch?! (ps- I also LOL'd at this buzz feed) I feel like there are so many different binge-worthy shows right now it's hard to pick. We usually like more of the silly shows vs intense dramatic ones. What are y'all watching, any recommendations?!

I've talked before about my love for Andalou Natural products, but I've fully converted to using basically the entire line of skincare. I've been using it now for about 6+ months and the results I have seen are so great and I'm working on a whole skincare routine post to share with y'all. Including my nightly castor oil routine for lash + eyebrow growth!

What are you loving this week?! xo, S
